2. The Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund if you request cancellation within 2 business days of the date and time of your original purchase.

  • Your refund request is submitted within 2 business days of purchase, AND
  • You have NOT yet received your "Your Analysis Has Started" confirmation email.

✗ NOT Eligible for a Refund

  • Your refund request is submitted after 2 business days from purchase, OR
  • You have already received your "Your Analysis Has Started" email, OR
  • Your report has been delivered.

3. The Analysis Start Trigger

Your analysis officially begins on business day 3 following the receipt of all three completed intake forms. At the start of your analysis, you will receive a "Your Analysis Has Started" email to the address used at the time of purchase.

Once this email is sent, your refund eligibility has ended — regardless of whether you received or opened the email.

This is why we strongly recommend:

  • Using a valid, actively monitored email address at the time of purchase
  • Adding our email address to your contacts immediately after purchase
  • Checking your spam or junk folder if you do not receive our emails promptly

4. Non-Delivery of Intake Forms

If you do not submit your completed intake forms within 2 business days of purchase, your analysis cannot begin. In this case:

  • Your refund window remains open until the 2-business-day mark from your original purchase date
  • After 2 business days, no refund will be issued regardless of intake form submission status
  • We will make reasonable efforts to contact you if your forms have not been received

We encourage you to complete your intake forms promptly. If you experience technical difficulties with the intake forms, contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Our service is a complete, 12-section personalized analysis. There is no partial delivery option.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with documentation of service delivery and this Refund Policy, which you agreed to at the time of purchase.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Washington State, United States. Any disputes arising from this policy that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.
